The products offered on our Website include collectible trading card game (TCG) items, including sealed boxes and packs. These products are considered collectibles and are sensitive to tampering.

Due to the collectible and potentially high-value nature of our inventory, we enforce a strict no return, no refund policy once an order has been shipped. Cancellation can only be made prior to shipping. Specifically:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds after dispatch of goods.
We are unable to verify product condition upon return, including whether sealed boxes have been opened or altered.

3.3 Cancellation can only be made prior to shipping
